I have been with Sandhole for over 20 years and have recently recommended a friend as always received the best care.
Since registering my cat 2yrs ago when she was a kitten I have always found the staff at Sandhole very helpful, from the reception staff to the vets / nurses.
Really friendly and amazing help and advice in an emergency situation when looking after a friends cat when she unexpectedly had 7 kittens needing urgent help! I couldn’t get anywhere with charities or organisations for help but Sandhole really stepped up beyond what I could ask for. All 7 kittens are doing ok at the moment.
Everyone at the Sandhole Veterinary Centre is friendly and helpful. In the multiple times I’ve attended this vets with various pets from a teen to my own in adulthood I’ve always felt the staff care about the animals they care for 100% and that’s what keeps me coming back.
We always have had great service, every time I ring, my worries are put at ease. Highly recommend the family and friends programme.
My experience has been minimal but from the moment I spoke to the friendly and helpful receptionist to the consultation with the vet - I was impressed with the level of service. I had a few questions I needed to ask the vet in addition to the reason i was there and she didn't rush me and was thorough in her answers.
All staff are very polite and very good with animals. Also very efficient. Our dog is very nervous and they treated her very well.
Sandhole staff are always incredibly welcoming and caring towards me and my cats. I would never go anywhere else for vets now! The level of care is outstanding. Thank you Sandhole!!
Our vet is Kate. I absolutely loved her attitude towards my nervous golden retriever. She managed to do the treatment without stressing her even more than she is when visiting the vet. We have a treatment plan to help her relax and be examined next time. I’ll always book with Kate. Can’t thank her enough. X
