As a small pet crematorium, we welcome all clients whether you have said goodbye to your pet with us or somewhere else.
Upon requesting our pet crematorium services, we will discuss and understand your wishes to make this difficult time as stress-free as possible. You can be assured that we will take care of your pet as if they were our own. If your pet has passed away before needing our services, and you are unable to bring your pet to the crematorium, we offer a collection service (arranged locally) which is available on request.
Return of the ashes
Should you wish to have your pet's ashes returned, we offer different containers to choose from, which are available at the practice.
Ashes are carefully prepared and then placed into the container of your choice. Your pet will be handled like a member of our family and with the greatest care and respect.
No return of ashes
We also offer a communal cremation service where your beloved pet will be cremated collectively with others. Please note: the return of your pet's ashes will not be available with our communal cremation option.
If you would like an impression print of your pet's paw or a small amount of fur, these are available at no extra cost. Just ask one of the team who will be happy to help.
