Client Care Assistant

I have spent many happy years working in customer care - fourteen of those as a receptionist in a very large infant school. There I had the privilege of helping children, parents and carers through their first experiences of school life, with lots of happy times, events to celebrate and sadly, some challenging times too.

In the summer of 2019, I heard that Sandhole was looking for someone to join the Client Care Team, and although I had no first-hand experience of the practice, friends had told me what a fantastic place it is. And now I am here, and I totally agree! The Sandhole Difference - time, care, respect, and experience - is central to our approach and helps guide the decisions and actions taken by each of us with each of you.

Over the years, I have been lucky to have many pets in my life, including budgies, goldfish, rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs and cats - they all have a special place in my heart to this day. I currently share my home with four cats, who graciously allow me to live there too!
