My name is Sam and I am responsible for making sure the mums and dads of the beautiful array of animals we see on a daily basis are looked after!

As part of the client care team l look forward to meeting the human counterpart of the furry and feathered whilst getting my daily dose of cuddles!

Having a big floof myself and being a lover of all things great and small (even being the resident spider saver!) I know that being a pet owner can be an emotional roller coaster, especially when they are poorly.

The reception team are here to lend an ear and offer comfort and a cup of tea at any time.
